Drive sales growth through strategic acquisitions of New-To-Bank clients and optimizing refinancing opportunities within the existing portfolio.
Conduct thorough evaluations of potential business prospects, leveraging expertise in corporate banking services, including syndication, DCM, bond issuance, M&A financing, club deals, trade financing, bilateral lending, revolving loans, and cross-selling various cash management products (CASA), corporate deposits, treasury derivative products.
Prepare compelling pitch-books, perform meticulous credit analysis, and develop accurate financial models to support credit proposal write-ups for presentation during credit meetings, ensuring adherence to high credit quality standards.
Demonstrate proficiency in account opening procedures, staying well-informed about KYC requirements, due diligence practices, and AML protocols to ensure strict compliance during client onboarding processes.
Stay abreast of market trends and monitor competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and strategically position the bank for sustained competitiveness.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; CPA/CFA/MBA preferred
6-8 years of experience in global corporate banking, with a focus on large corporates and conglomerates in a sizable wholesale banking platform
Strong understanding of the business environment and economic landscape in Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, and the UAE
Proven track record in relationship management and business development
Excellent financial analysis and credit assessment skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with C-level executives
Fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, or Arabic is a plus
